We are all busy with the noise of life.. daily work and a lot of things… until we reach the end of the day tired and fall asleep.. and forget ourselves and forget to take care of it and sometimes we forget what we love and who we are… and what we do in our lives…
so I will ask you 15 questions that you should ask yourselves to get to know yourself more and understand it. Emotionally ..

Record your answers on a piece of paper and read them out loud so that these answers are embedded in your subconscious.
1.do you feel comfortable when you talk about your feelings? And in front of who?

4. When was the last time you felt hurt or frustrated? And how did you deal with these feelings then?
